SJB working committee decides on rejecting pro max version of PTA
The Samagi Jana Balawegaya (SJB) working committee, further to a meeting held yesterday, has collectively decided to oppose the pro max version of the Prevention of Terrorism Act (PTA) which is currently being debated upon by several parties as well.
This was made known by committee chairman Rehan Jayawickreme today (04) via a twitter post today.
Accordingly, Jayawickreme stated that the committee discussed in detail the new Anti-Terrorism Act which the SJB committee wants to be implemented.
