A minor tremor of 3.7 magnitude was felt in the seas area off the coasts of Beruwala a short while ago today (30).
The tremor was felt at around 01:00 p.m. this afternoon, nearly 37 kilometres off Beruwala.
However, The Geological Survey and Mines Bureau (GSMB) have confirmed that there is no tsunami threat.
