A boat carrying more than 100 refugees from Myanmar has arrived at the Mullivaikkal coast in Mullaitivu, as confirmed by local Navy and Police officials. The vessel, which was allegedly transporting the refugees illegally to another country, encountered severe food and water shortages during its multi-day journey, prompting the emergency landing. Security forces are currently providing essential supplies to the refugees, while plans for their future are being evaluated. Among those on board, approximately 25 children were reported to be present.
