A federal lawsuit, initially filed against Sean “Diddy” Combs, has been refiled in New York to include rapper Jay-Z, real name Shawn Carter, who is accused of assaulting a 13-year-old girl at an after-party following the 2000 MTV Video Music Awards. The accuser, referred to as “Jane Doe,” claims both men were involved in the alleged incident, which they both deny.
