Police reported that a couple, aged 63 and 67, was ruthlessly murdered at their residence in Welhengoda, Ahangama today.
Their bodies were uncovered after a tip-off, both with their throats slashed.
Authorities are conducting investigations to determine the motive behind the killings and to capture the perpetrators.
