Police officers assigned to former MPs recalled

Police have stated that all security personnel assigned to former Parliamentarians and Ministers have been withdrawn.

Senior DIG (Administration) Lalith Pathinayake informed the Daily Mirror that security personnel allocated to the former Speaker, former Deputy Speaker, and the Opposition Leader will continue to be stationed.
