National People’s Power (NPP) MP Dr. Harini Amarasuriya was sworn in as the new Prime Minister of Sri Lanka a short while ago, making her the 16th person to hold the position, and the 3rd female PM of Sri Lanka.
She was also sworn in as the Minister of Justice, Education, Labour, Industries, Science and Technology, Health, and Investments.
