Ex Health Minister Keheliya Rambukwella has been arrested a short while ago in connection with his alleged complicity in the procurement of substandard medicines.
Rambukwella arrived at the Criminal Investigation Department (CID) premises this morning (02), complying with a court order he was served with yesterday.
