A drone strike was launched on the Gaza Strip on Saturday (24) by the Israeli army. Sources on both sides confirmed that that three Palestinians were wounded by the fire.
The strike, which occurred during the early evening, was one of many that have been conducted amid near-daily Palestinian protests after Israel closed the Erez crossing from Gaza.
According to Palestinian security, “Israeli aircraft had targeted a Hamas surveillance site east of Gaza City”. The army added that a drone “struck a military post belonging to the Hamas terrorist organisation, adjacent to the area where a violent riot was taking place”.
The Gaza Health Ministry also confirmed that Three Palestinians were wounded by Israeli fire.
