Weather Alert: Low-Pressure System to Impact Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh Coasts

A low-pressure area in the Southwest Bay of Bengal is set to move northwest towards the coasts of north Tamil Nadu and south Andhra Pradesh over the next two days. Expect several spells of showers in Northern, Northwestern, and Western provinces, as well as in Galle and Matara districts. Eastern and Uva provinces may experience showers or thundershowers in the evening or night. Additionally, misty conditions are anticipated in the Northern, North-Central, Central, Sabaragamuwa, and Eastern provinces during the morning.
