Three persons including a 6-year-old child, were injured in a road accident yesterday (26).
The accident took place in Gettuwana, Kurunegala, where a van and a lorry collided.
The accident was caught on CCTV camera.
The police revealed that the van driver had fallen asleep and this resulted in the collision.
The injured were admitted to the Kurunegala hospital, and the van driver has been arrested by the police.
