The All-Island Canteen Owners’ Association has decided to increase the prices of several food items including fried rice and Kottu.
This was made known by the president of the All-Island Canteen Owners’ Association today (05).
Accordingly, the price of a packet of Kottu will be increased by Rs. 20, fried rice by Rs. 50 and a cup of plain tea by Rs. 10.
This decision was taken due to the recent increase in the price of gas cylinders.
