President Ranil Wickremesinghe appointed a committee today (15), chaired by retired Supreme Court Justice S I Imam, with retired Air Force Commander ACM Jayalath Weerakkody and Harsha A.J. Soza PC as members, to investigate “Channel-4” allegations about the Easter attacks.
This was made known by the President’s Media Division (PMD) today.
Last week, Channel4, an international media outlet, released a documentary with claimed witnesses accusing political influence on the Easter Attacks that took place in 2019.
