Hon. Lohan Ratwatte has been sworn in before President Ranil Wickremesinghe as the State Minister of Plantation Industries & Mahaweli Development a short while ago today (29).
State Minister took oaths at the Presidential Secretariat, and this was made known by the President’s Media Division.
Ratwatte is also the State Minister of Gems and Jewellery.
