Former Minister Johnston Fernando has been arrested by the Criminal Investigation Department (CID).
He arrived at the CID this morning to give a statement about a luxury car, reportedly owned by him, that was discovered unregistered and parked at a star-class hotel in Colombo. He will be presented in front of the Fort Magistrate.
