In response to the picture circulating on social media of NPP MP Nilanthi Kottachchi attending a wedding with former President Mahinda Rajapaksa, Kottachchi has denied attending such a function moting that she wasn’t even invited.
She made this statement via a Facebook post today (30).
“It isn’t me on those pictures circulating on social media, which the official fb page of Mahinda Rajapaksa has published. I was not even invited to the wedding and I wasn’t even a guest at this said function,” said Kottachchi.
She further noted that legal action will be expedited against those who have edited and circulated those images.
