Hon. minister Pavithra Wanniarachchi has been sworn in as the Minister of Irrigation a short while ago before President Ranil Wickremesinghe at the Presidential Secretariat.
Meanwhile, Hon. Minister Harin Fernando was sworn in as the Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs.
