The deadline for submitting postal vote applications for the upcoming parliamentary elections ends at midnight tonight.
The acceptance of postal vote applications started on the 1st of this month.
Commissioner General of Elections, Saman Sri Ratnayake, has advised government employees who have not yet submitted their applications to ensure that their applications, certified by their department heads, are delivered to the Returning Officer of their residential district by the end of today.
