The Colombo High Court issued an arrest warrant today (23) for former Minister Johnston Fernando after he failed to appear in court for a case brought by the Commission to Investigate Allegations of Bribery or Corruption.
The case was heard by Judge Manjula Thilakaratne, but Johnston Fernando was absent from the proceedings.
