The Sri Lanka Police have arrested 27 youths including 8 females for allegedly being in possession of several narcotics at a party in the Magammana area yesterday (10).
The arrests were made during a raid carried out following a tip-off received by the Kahatuduwa Police, while it is reported that both hashish and ecstasy pills were seized from six of the arrestees.
Accordingly , the suspects, aged between 20 and 22, have been identified as residents of Polonnaruwa, Dehiattakandiya, Galle, Kandy and Diyatalawa.
